Regency's purchase prices range from a reasonable $50,000 to $90,000 (even though Story County's median price of housing is well over $100,000!)
Monthly Dues
Our monthly dues are decided by the resident-elected Board of Directors themselves to simply cover our operating costs, taxes, insurance, and reserves. The dues include the above list of amenities, and your personal property taxes. Monthly dues range from $820.00 to $1,051.00 per month. While there are flexible service "options", such as garages and cable, there is no such thing as an "automatic" annual cost increase. However, the optional fees such as cable may need to be adjusted along with monthly fees as expenses increase, as determined by the resident Board of Directors.
